THIS IS ME.

I'm Sam, a mixed media composer, cellist, vocalist, producer, mix engineer, videographer, and video editor. Having written music since age 12, I am completely obsessed with finding the perfect sound. I have created countless scores across myriad styles and genres and collaborated with filmmakers on a variety of projects.

I've written dozens of concert works for many different ensembles from large orchestral pieces to those for chamber percussion ensemble and was commissioned for music which premiered at National Sawdust in Brooklyn, NY. I was also part of a mentorship program where I studied closely with the Kronos Quartet.

Beyond the composing and performing world, I am also the lead archivist and a video editor/producer at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. When not working, you'll find me cycling, grinding Counter-Strike, playing card games, or making smoothies.
